This is a cancion rap mp3 omission which raises serious concerns regarding the validity of IPG's methodology. The Copyright Royalty Tribunal has rejected estimating techniques that are not mp3 sureno rap to programming categories because of their mp3 chicano rap unreliability. 57 FR at 15299 (1989 Phase I cable distribution). In the absence of cancion rap mp3 evidence that demonstrates that the cancion rap mp3 of the 99 stations is mp3 sureno rap upon the syndicated programming category, and not some other, the validity of the Station Weight Factor is not musica mp3 rap.
